Please forgive me .. and ooops, parental pride? go figure.
Although, I will say quite frankly.... besides me.. I don't think there is a better set of hands ever seen in the state of Louisiana than those of the extra point holder for Lafayette High School..
Anyone think otherwise? I'd like to hear from you.. Nothing personal, and no hard feelings at all. I am just of the O-pine whatever reply one may have .. upon deeper and further review.. will turn out not to be true..
The extra pt guy has been hurt for the last 2 years.. Lucky it seems.. he has been able to participate at the WR position these last 3 months of 2008. (May..June..July)
Every entity that is of a school, recruiter, web-site of stars type nature .. does not.. and will not, have this "nug's" name come up on it's radar. Go figure?
No one can blame them.. (smiles.. ?) or has the system become just too much about "just numbers".. something easily written down and charted robotically .. to gauge whois really a football player ?
Then again, I think his pop only had 2 colleges that even knew his name coming out of high - school... (numbers never there.. giggles)

pssss. Said young WR spoken of above, when he was heard to express worry.. at the times he might "clock in" this afternoon.. at one of the plethora of FB camps available .. was told by someone . " The Oylympic team has already been filled" go have fun..
His grandpa I am thinking is in the Cajun Hall of Fame.. His dad saw the 1st game Beryl Shipley ever coached in Lafayette, amongst other things..
Year in, year out, I have seen and been told "You gonna like these guys (WR) we signed ... all " 6'2" -6'3"..180-190 lbs and 4.4/ 4.5 guys " ...
Huh? I rarley see the 3 or so WR's "they" sign that year, finish their playing days producing any relevant numbers at all. (IE: for example and not picking on any school in general.. as 116 out of 119 think like this and get the same results)
